I’m seeing the wrong credit amount. What should I do?

If your Letswork credits are not displaying correctly, try the following:

  • Log out and log back into your Letswork account to refresh your balance.
  • Check if you have multiple accounts and ensure you are logged into the correct one.
  • Review your Wallet in the Letswork app or website under Profile > Wallet to verify recent transactions and credit deductions.
