I didn’t receive my OTP. What should I do?

If you haven’t received the 4-digit OTP:

  • Check your spam/junk folder in your email.
  • Ensure you entered the correct registered email.
  • Check your email inbox settings to discover whether you have inadvertently added the letswork.io emails to your blocked list- if so, unblock this email address to continue receiving critical updates to your account. 
  • Wait a few minutes and request a new OTP by clicking Resend OTP.
  • If the issue persists, contact support@letswork.io for assistance.
