If your credits are not showing correctly:
- Check Profile > Wallet in the Letswork app or website for your credit balance.
- If your subscription recently renewed, ensure you received your new credits.
- If you paused your membership, credits will be reactivated once the plan resumes.
Note: Any expired credits do not roll over unless you are on an active subscription.
