My phone number is showing as already in use- what do I do?

Note:
If you’re seeing the error “phone number is currently in use” when signing up or joining a team, it means your phone number is already linked to another Letswork account.


Either you are trying to sign into an existing account using the wrong email, or you are trying to create a new account and didn't realize you had an old one already in use.

If you do not want to use the account already associated with your phone number, you’ll need to delete the old account before you can use your phone number on a new one.

Via the Letswork App:

  1. Open the Letswork App on your iOS or Android device.

  2. Tap on Profile.

  3. Select Membership Plan.

  4. Choose Delete Account.

  5. Confirm by selecting Delete.

Via the Letswork Website:

  1. Go to letswork.io and log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Profile.

  3. Select Membership Plan.

  4. Choose Delete Account.

  5. Confirm by selecting Delete.
