My membership got renewed, but I didn’t want it to.

Membership Renewals

All Letswork memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. This is outlined in our terms and conditions when trials are activated (see screenshot).

How renewals work:

1. Before your renewal date, we send an email reminder so you have time to make changes to your account (see screenshot)
   

   
   

   2. If you attempt to cancel but the process fails, our system will:

   1. Flag the failed attempt

   2. Send you an email confirming we’ve seen it

   3. Complete the cancellation on our end
      
      
      

If you believe your membership renewed without these safeguards, contact support@letswork.io to check refund eligibility.

1. How to stop future renewals:

   1. Open the Letswork App and log in to your account.

   2. Navigate to Profile.

   3. Select My Membership.

   4. Choose Cancel.

   5. Confirm by selecting Continue to cancel your subscription.
