I checked in to the wrong location, What should I do?

If you have accidentally checked in to the wrong location, or have arrived at a location and changed your mind immediately: 

  1. Check out immediatelyfrom the Letswork app.
    • If you check out within 10 minutes, your check in will be marked as invalid automatically
    • If you checked in by mistake and check out later than 10 minutes, please reach out to our team- we will confirm with the venue that you are not on location, and manually mark the check in invalid
    • Please note: Venues have access to your check in information on their own dashboard and you will not receive any perks if your check in is marked invalid

  2. Check in to the correct location.
  3. Reach out to us at support@letswork.io if you require further assistance


Our team will review your request and help as needed.
