My membership is not showing up in my account.

If your membership is not appearing:

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct email account that was used to purchase the membership.
  • Go to Profile > My Membership in the Letswork app or website to check your status.
  • If your payment was recently processed, allow a few minutes for it to reflect in your account.
