Why have my credits expired?

Letswork credits follow these rules:

  • Credits reset at the end of each billing cycle unless your subscription is renewed.
  • If your membership expires, unused credits do not carry forward.
  • Team credits follow the same rules—if the team membership is not renewed, credits will expire.

Credit Rollover:

  • If you have resubscribed to the same plan, unused credits from the previous month will roll over to the coming month. 
  • Credits will only roll over for one month, if not used in that second month, they will then expire.
