I’m facing an issue with my subscription. What should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with your Letswork subscription, check the following:

  • Membership not showing up? Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your account.
  • Renewal issues? Ensure your payment method is up to date under Profile > Payment Method.
  • Subscription canceled unexpectedly? Your membership might have expired due to a failed payment. Try repurchasing it under Profile > My Membership.
