I signed up for the trial but I have no credits available- what's going on?

If you have signed up for a trial in the past, even with a different email address, our system is designed to flag it and not initiate the credit allowance. 

  • Free Trials are designed as a one-time, time-bound opportunity to engage with the platform before deciding if you'd like to purchase either day passes or a subscription to one of our membership plans and access the Letswork network of venues and perks. 
  • If you have started a trial in the past, but never checked in to a location, we will extend your trial for you- reach out to us via chat, or at support@letswork.io 
  • If you are using a shared company credit card to avail the trial, please reach out to our team via chat or at support@letswork.io 
  • If you do not believe you have started a free trial in the past, please reach out to our team via chat, or at support@letswork.io
