• What you get:

  • 15 credits to use at any partner venue worldwide

  • Access to premium workspace, free tea/coffee/water, and food & beverage discounts

• How long it lasts:

  • The trial is valid for 7 days from the date you sign up

• What happens after the trial:

  • If you don’t cancel within the 7-day trial, your plan will automatically renew into a Silver Membership (50 credits per month)

  • We send a reminder email before the trial ends so you have the chance to cancel if you do not wish to continue

  • The renewal details are clearly highlighted in both the signup flow and the welcome email so expectations are set from the start

• Refunds and cancellations:

  • If your plan renews and you didn’t intend to subscribe, please refer to our Refund Policy

  • Important: The trial is intended to help you test whether Letswork fits into your hybrid or remote workstyle, not as a free gift. With safeguards in place (signup disclosure, welcome email, reminder email, and in-app cancellation), refunds are not permitted if trial credits have been used.
