I am unable to book a room. What should I do?

If you are facing issues booking a meeting room, try the following:

  1. Check your payment method – Ensure your card or Apple Pay is valid.
    • Remember- Meeting rooms cannot currently be booked via credits
  2. Try a different venue– Some venues may have limited availability
    • Note: most venues will not allow bookings within 24 hours- that doesn't always mean they are unavailable. Please reach out to our team at support@letswork.io and we will be happy to check if we can find a suitable solution for you.

  3. Restart the app or website and attempt the booking again.
