Note:
You’ll need to cancel your subscription before you can remove your card details from your account. Once cancelled, follow the steps below to delete your payment method.
Via the Letswork App:
Open the Letswork App on your iOS or Android device.
Tap on Profile.
Select Membership Plan.
Choose Cancel.
Confirm by selecting Continue to cancel your subscription.
Once your subscription is cancelled, navigate to the Billing section of your profile.
Select Edit/Remove Card Details to delete your payment method.
If you choose to resubscribe later, you will be prompted to enter new billing details.
Via the Letswork Website:
Go to letswork.io and log in to your account.
Navigate to Profile.
Select Membership Plan.
Choose Cancel.
Confirm by selecting Continue to cancel your subscription.
Once your subscription is cancelled, navigate to the Billing section of your profile.
Select Edit/Remove Card Details to delete your payment method.
If you choose to resubscribe later, you will be prompted to enter new billing details.
Troubleshooting:
Can’t see the cancel option? Make sure you’re logged in with the account linked to your subscription.
Still being charged? Check if you have multiple accounts or memberships.
