If you are facing issues checking in:
- Ensure you have an active membership or sufficient credits in your account.
- Make sure you are at the venue and have location permissions enabled on your device.
- Ensure that you are checking in during approved coworking hours- this can be found on the venue's listing page within the app
- Note: If you are arriving outside of the approved coworking window, you will not be able to access perks or check-in until the stated time.
- In the case of serviced business centers, this may mean the location is not open to the public yet, and you'll have to wait to gain access.
- In the case of cafes, hotels, f&b establishments, this means they won't have guaranteed sockets available, and you cannot access the perks of a checkin (until the listed time)
- If all the above have been checked:
- Check your internet connection
- Try restarting the app.
