If the venue does not see your check-in:
- Ensure you checked in at the correct venue and on the correct date.
- If you have checked in to the wrong location, check out immediately and re-check into the right spot.
- If you've checked into the wrong location in error, we can invalidate the incorrect check-in for you to reimburse your credits. Please reach out to us via chat or at support@letswork.io
- If you are checked in at the right location, but the venue still doesn't see your check-in, show them the active check in on your Letswork App, by tapping Check-ins > Today.
- note: this is very rare to occur, so please connect with our team if you are experiencing this issue.
