My check-in did not register- what should I do?

If your check-in did not register or your credits were deducted incorrectly:

  • Check Checkins > Today in the app to confirm your check-in status.
    • If your check in is not showing under Today, go checkout from the venue and check back-in.
      • If you are not checked in on the system, you will not be able to access perks from the venue, so it is important to make sure your check in is showing up on the system
        • if there is an issue with the credits deducted from your account as a result of this, reach out to our team at support@letswork.io and we will quickly sort it out for you.
