I can’t find my credits. Where are they?

If your credits are missing, check the following:

  • Go to Profile > Wallet on the Letswork app or website to see your available credits.
  • Ensure your membership is active, as expired memberships do not carry over credits.
  • If you recently renewed your membership, credits may take a few minutes to reflect.
