I completed a transaction, but it’s not reflecting in my account.

If your payment went through but is not reflected:

  • Check your bank statement to see if the payment was deducted.
  • Go to Profile > Payment History to check if the transaction is recorded.
  • If the payment was successful but your credits or booking are not updated, try logging out and back in.
