Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward and applied consistently across all customers to ensure fairness.

Membership Renewals

All Letswork memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. This is outlined in our terms and conditions when trials are activated (see screenshot).

How renewals work:

  1. Before your renewal date, we send an email reminder so you have time to make changes to your account (see screenshot):

  2. If you attempted to cancel but the process fails for some technical reason, our system will:

    1. Flag the failed attempt

    2. Send you an email confirming we’ve seen it

    3. Complete the cancellation on our end

  3. Free trial refunds:

    • The free trial is a time-bound opportunity to test Letswork and see if it fits your workstyle.

    • With these safeguards in place, if you have used the free trial by completing a check-in, we do not provide refunds for renewed memberships.

  4. Alternative options instead of a refund:

    1. Pause your credits for a set period of time until you need the service again.

    2. Gift your credits to someone who would make use of them.
