I was charged incorrectly and need to request a refund. How do I proceed?

Refunds depend on the Letswork refund policy. If you believe you were incorrectly charged:

  1. Check your Payment History under Profile > Payment History in the app or on Letswork.io.
  2. If the charge seems incorrect, email support@letswork.io with your payment details and a description of the issue.
  3. The Letswork team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.


Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction and the venue’s cancellation policy.
